The Seattle Park District has three great funding programs for community activities.
All of these programs focus on funding priority populations, including people of color, immigrants and refugees, and the LGBTQ community.
Arts in Parks funds outdoor arts and cultural projects in City parks. Funded projects include new and established festivals, events, and temporary public art.
Get Moving funds culturally relevant physical activities to communities where health disparities are prevalent. Funded activities will strengthen the collaboration between Seattle Parks and Recreation and Seattle communities.
Recreation for All funds new, innovative, and culturally relevant recreation opportunities. Funded programs will take place in City of Seattle community centers, parks, and facilities.
