Update for 1125 Harvard Ave E.

Join us at Miller Community Center on Jan. 17

Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) invites the community to join us at 5:30 p.m. on January 17, 2024, at Miller Community Center for an update on the 1125 Harvard Ave. E property.  This will include a presentation of a high-level schematic concept for the future park and a walkthrough of the interim plan for opening a portion of the site to the public until additional funding becomes available. Miller Community Center is located at 330 19th Ave. E, Seattle, 98112.

Based on Seattle Park District funding plans, 2029 is the earliest funding may be allocated for completing the final design and construction for the entirety of the 1125 Harvard Ave E site.  In the interim, we want to provide meaningful access for the public to enjoy part of the park.

Thank you to everyone who has participated to date to reach a community vision for the park.  Together, with our design team, we incorporated your feedback from an online survey and the public workshops to develop this design concept.  We look forward to walking participants through the plan and gathering input.
