Seattle Parks and Recreation Seeks Proposals for 2026 Seasonal Concessions Permits – New Location Added!

NEW LOCATION: Lake City Mini Park has been added as an available vending location for a 2026 Seasonal Concessions Permit. Vendors interested in this location should write in “Lake City Mini” on the online application. The monthly fee for a Seasonal Concession Permit at Lake City Mini Park is $150 during the peak season, May through September.

Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) is seeking individuals and businesses to submit proposals to offer concessions in select city parks. The competitive process to award concessions permits is now open.

SPR is seeking proposals for both food and non-food concessions. Permit locations include many Seattle parks, such as Alki Beach, Cal Anderson Park, Carkeek Park, Golden Gardens, Jefferson Park, Lake Union Park, Lincoln Park, Magnuson Park, Mounger Pool, Seward Park, Volunteer Park, and several lifeguarded swimming beach locations.

Vendors interested in a 2026 Seasonal Concessions Permit for use of Lake City Mini Park or any other location should apply through the current Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The deadline to apply is 3:00 P.M. on February 6, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.

Small businesses, women, and/or minority-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.

Please note, the Madrona Beach Park Concession Stand walk-through for RFP applicants will be Wednesday, January 21st from 9am to 11am.
