Seattle Parks and Recreation Seeks Input on Lake City Mini Park

Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) invites the community to participate in meaningful conversations to collaborate on how our shared green spaces can evolve to better serve everyone.  Please join us on Tuesday, November 18  from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at Akin Building, 12360 Lake City Way NE, Seattle, WA 98125.

During the meeting below you’ll have the opportunity to share ideas and feedback on how SPR can support the community, activate the spaces through recreational and community activities, and enhance public safety. SPR will discuss future potential permanent fencing and explore beneficial park infrastructure with the community. We recognize that this park has been impacted by activities incompatible with its intended use. We are working to ensure that all parks are clean, safe and welcoming.

The park is currently closed and SPR will extend its closure until Dec. 27, 2025.
