Seattle Parks and Recreation will scale back hours of operation at Lake City Community Center effective January 9 through March 31, 2023, due to low staffing levels. The center will operate Mondays from 5-7pm, Wednesdays 3-7pm, and Thursdays 10am-1pm. Only registered program participants will have access to the building during these hours. Regularly scheduled partner activities will continue at Lake City Community Center in addition to these operating hours. The center will be closed Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Drop-in recreational opportunities are available at Meadowbrook Community Center, just 1.4 miles away.
