Seattle Parks and Recreation Request for Proposal Announcement for Management and Operation of Cascade People’s Center in Cascade Park 

Seattle – Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) seeks proposals for the management and operation of public recreation, arts and cultural or environmental programming  at the Cascade People’s Center in Cascade Park. (309 Pontius Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109).  

Applicant proposals will show they will offer community activities, programs, and perform outreach to the South Lake Union neighborhood. Programming could include social, recreational, art, film events, programs for seniors, community initiatives such as emergency preparedness and training classes. Applicants may also propose other uses to enhance building use, generate revenue or  increase neighborhood engagement.  

Request for Proposal (RFP)  Guidelines can be downloaded from the address below or mailed to you. The RFP Questionnaire and required forms will be available on November 29, 2022, at the address below.  Small businesses, women and/or minority businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. 

Proposals are due by 3:00 P.M. on January 10, 2023.
