In 2018, Arts in Parks funded 39 projects in parks, including 32 event-based projects and 7 temporary art installations. These projects provided over 400 hours of free programming! “I loved the opportunity to be a part of Arts in Parks, and being able to give back to my own community,” said one past program participant. “I got great appreciation from the community and hope to see the program continue and grow!”
Arts in Parks is an initiative of Seattle Parks and Recreation and the Office of Arts and Culture.
