Apply for the Hope for Youth Fund!

Seattle Parks and Recreation’s Hope for Youth Fund increases access to recreational, athletic, and positive youth development activities by providing administrative and scholarship support to youth-focused organizations in the Seattle area that serve marginalized and economically distressed communities in the city of Seattle.

Attend a Hope for Youth Fund information session:
Saturday, March 10, 2018 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Garfield Community Center
Interpretation services available upon request.

Hope for Youth applications can be completed and submitted at seattlepark.gosmart.org beginning Monday, March 12, 2018 at 7 a.m.
Applications are due by Sunday, April 15, 2018 by 11:59 p.m.

Hope for Youth funds can be used to support administrative costs or to provide scholarships. Acceptable expenses include league fees, officials fees, insurance, field fees, membership costs, etc. Funding will not cover uniforms, or sports equipment that will be used year-to-year.
