The City of Seattle is currently studying the open space adjacent to Battery St. and between Western and First Avenues for possible use as a future park. Seattle Parks and Recreation invites the community to learn about the Battery St. Site Design Study on Wednesday, October 14 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm as we explore the possibility of creating a new neighborhood park.
Seattle Parks and Recreation is hosting a kick-off Open House to gather early community input on the future public space. Please join the project team onsite in Belltown, entrance on Western Ave between Battery and Bell Streets adjacent to 2330 Western Ave. This is an opportunity to check out the site, learn about the design study and tell us what should be considered for the future of this space.
