Funding Opportunities for Community Activities

Seattle Parks and Recreation is pleased to announce the return of our Get Moving and Recreation for All grants for 2023. Community members, organizations, community groups, and small businesses can apply to receive up to $15,000 to provide recreation programming throughout Seattle.

All of Seattle Parks and Recreation’s grant programs focus on funding priority populations, including people of color, immigrants, refugees, the LGBTQ+ community, and people with disabilities.

Get Moving funds culturally relevant physical activities to community where health disparities are prevalent. Funded activities include innovative and sustainable programs that strengthen collaboration.

Recreation for All funds new, innovative, and culturally relevant recreation opportunities. Funded programs will take place in City of Seattle community centers, parks, and facilities.

Deadline for applications is April 12, 2023.
