Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) is seeking individuals and businesses to submit proposals to offer concessions in select city parks. The competitive process to award concessions permits will open to proposals December 4, 2025.
SPR is seeking proposals for both food concessions and non-food concessions.
Permit locations will include many Seattle parks including Alki Beach, Cal Anderson Park, Carkeek Park, Golden Gardens, Jefferson Park, Lake Union Park, Lincoln Park, Magnuson Park, Mounger Pool, Seward Park, Volunteer Park, along with several lifeguarded swimming beach locations.
Request for Proposal (RFP) FAQ, Application Information, and online application will be available on December 4, 2025, at the website address below. Small businesses, women and/or minority businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
Proposals are due by 3:00 P.M. on February 6, 2026. Late applications are not accepted.
