Seattle Parks and Recreation is happy to announce the Pratt Fine Art Center roof replacement project is complete.
This roof replacement project was the first crucial step in ensuring the preservation and safety of Pratt Fine Art Center’s programs and services. Osborn Architecture and Lund/Opsahl Engineering conducted a building assessment and proposed a phased approach to building improvements, with roof replacement being an immediate need. Additional phases will include seismic improvements.
Pratt Fine Art Center is located at 1902 South Main St and is a non-profit arts education and resource center in Seattle’s Central District.
