Sound Steps Family Reunion

What: Sound Steps Family Reunion/Kick-Off Event!

Why: Join us to learn more about the program, go on an organized walk, take part in a resource fair, and enjoy a BBQ. We will also be recruiting volunteer Walk/Run Leaders and Book Club volunteers at this event.

Who: This event is for anyone 50+ (you don’t need to be a former Sound Step participant to join)

When: Friday, October 28 from 10a.m. to 2p.m.

Where: Magnuson Park Hangar

Cost: FREE!

How: No RSVP or sign-up needed. Just drop-in and join us.

Sound Steps is volunteer-driven walking and outdoor education program for people age 50+ in Seattle.

Seattle Parks and Recreation’s Lifelong Recreation staff is celebrating the re-launch of the Sound Steps program following its hiatus during the pandemic with a Family Reunion/Kick-Off event and we would love to see you there!

Join us at the Magnuson Park Hangar from 10am-2pm on Friday, October 28 for food, fun, and the chance to become a volunteer. This event is free and open to everyone 50+, regardless of whether you’ve been a part of Sound Steps before or not. No RSVP necessary; just show up and have a good time!
