During the current closure of Bobby Morris Playfield, Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) has contracted with FieldTurf to provide the full-service cleaning and sanitizing of the synthetic turf field. Bobby Morris Playfield is adjacent to Cal Anderson Park, 1635 11 Ave., Seattle, WA 98122. FieldTurf will be at the park the week of July 13, 2020.
In 2016, SPR completed the Bobby Morris synthetic field replacement pilot project. This pilot project used cork as an alternative to the crumb-rubber infill.
