Pratt Fine Arts Center, located in Pratt Park in the Central District neighborhood, is a creative and inclusive art-making space. They provide access to quality education and professionally equipped studios.
Each year, through a partnership agreement with Seattle Parks and Recreation, Pratt provides scholarships for those who cannot afford paid programs, capital improvements to the leased facility, and an annual open house event.
Scholarships: Pratt provides a variety of scholarships for artists, as well as tuition assistance for those who cannot afford class fees. More info here.
In 2017 and 2018, Pratt improved the electrical, smoke alarm, and emergency alarms within their leased facility.
Open House: Each year Pratt hosts a Fall Open House that is free, and open to the public. The event includes live art demos, food trucks, and live music.
