Presented by Seattle Parks and Recreation’s Get Moving Initiative, Big Day of Play will be held on Saturday, August 17 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. at Rainier Community Center and Playfields.
Big Day of Play is a celebration of our City’s diversity and it encourages neighbors, communities and families to have fun, build relationships and be active together.
This event cannot happen without YOU, our special Seattle Parks and Recreation Volunteers!
Make new friends and bond with your community while helping make the Big Day of Play a success.
Volunteers and groups are needed for:
- Event set-up/take-down
- Monitoring field and water activities
- Passing out water
- Photography/videography
- Greeting and surveying guests
- and much more!
