Medgar Evers Pool is kicking off the 2018 Seattle pride weekend with their Teen Pride Public Swim on Friday, June 22 from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. LGBTQ teens are invited to bring their friends and make new ones at this fun, welcoming event. Two group locker rooms will be open to all genders, with male/female signage changed to reflect as such, and as usual, two universal changing rooms will be open.
Featured activities and amenities include:
- Live Music by DJ Profound 1
- Rope Swing
- Sauna
- Two pools of varying depth (one 3–4 ft, one 4–12 ft)
- Portable access stairs and ADA lifts available for each pool
