If you’re between ages 10 and 17, we’ve got a great way for you to have fun this fall and winter: join a basketball team! Girls and boys can sign up now at their community centers. Practice begins the third week in November and league games begin the first week in January. The fee is $85 and scholarships are available.
You can also recruit a coach and put together your own team. Call or visit your nearest community center for more info. Get ready to hone your skills and have fun competing against other neighborhood community centers!
