Seattle Parks and Recreation will host free egg hunts at various locations throughout Seattle in March. See below for location details.

NORTHEAST

Mighty Mites “Egg” stravaganza
What: Egg hunt, play equipment, bounce house and other fun activities.
Ages: Five and under
Location: Miller Community Center
Time: 10 a.m. to noon, egg hunt at 11 a.m. sharp, March 24
Cost: Free

Spring Egg Hunt
What: Bring a bag or basket to hunt for eggs.
Ages: One to 11
Locations: Nathan Hale Stadium, Montlake Community Center, Ravenna-Eckstein Community Center, Laurelhurst Park
Time: 10 a.m. sharp, arrive by 9:45 a.m., March 26
Cost: Free

NORTHWEST

Spring Egg Hunt
What: Bring a bag or basket to hunt for eggs.
Ages: 10 and under
Locations: Ballard Community Center, Bitter Lake Community Center Annex, Loyal Heights Community Center, Magnolia Community Center, Queen Anne Community Center
Time: 10 a.m. sharp, arrive by 9:45 a.m., March 26
Cost: Free

Spring Egg Scramble
What: Bring a bag or basket to hunt for eggs.
Ages: 12 and under
Location: Green Lake Community Center
Time: March 26, see times below for different age groups:
10 a.m. – ages three and under
10:30 a.m. – ages four to seven
11 a.m. – ages eight to 12
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early.

SOUTHEAST

Flashlight Egg Hunt
What: Bring a flashlight and a bag to hunt for eggs in the dark.
Ages: 12 to 18
Locations: Van Asselt Community Center, 7 p.m. sharp, March 25
Jefferson Community Center, 8 p.m. sharp, March 25

The Beach Egg Stravaganza
What: Bring a bag or basket to hunt for goodies.
Ages: Two to 10
Location: Rainier Beach Community Center
Time: 10 a.m. sharp, arrive by 9:45 a.m., March 26

Note: Jefferson Community Center will also have a Troops for Fitness Kickoff event at the same time. Troops for Fitness is a new program that hires U.S. military veterans to run recreation programs.
